RolloverSystems is entirely free to you, the plan participant.

services. We are compensated by the financial institutions that participate in
the RolloverSystems Network whenever we provide them with a rollover account.
What types of retirement plans can I roll over at RolloverSystems?
You can use RolloverSystems to roll over 401(k), 403(b), 457, thrift savings and pension plans.
What information do you collect?
We ask questions about you, the retirement plans you want to roll over and
the investment options that are most important to you. Once you select a
financial institution, that financial institution will have additional
questions about you, your company retirement plan, beneficiaries and current employer in
order to complete the Rollover IRA application.
What information should I have available to expedite
completing the rollover process?
You should have the following information ready prior to your rollover
process:
- Your most recent company retirement plan statement
- Information about your company retirement plan:
- Account number
- Account balance
- Plan Sponsor name
- Plan Sponsor phone number
- Plan Sponsor address
- Information about your current or most recent employer:
- Company name
- Company phone number
- Company address
- Birth date and Social Security number of all beneficiaries

How long should it take me to complete my rollover form
using RolloverSystems?
It should not take longer than 20-25 minutes providing you have your
plan information ready to enter.
When I finish filling out the information on the
website, what forms are produced as part of my rollover package?
This varies based on the financial institution you selected along with
how you accessed the website. Each financial institution has a Rollover IRA
application, and they may also have a separate authorization form that will be
populated with the information you provided during the process.
If you are accessing our website through an employer-sponsored desktop application, a distribution form will also be part of your packet.
An instruction sheet describing what you need to do to submit the application is also part of your paperwork.
How can I tell the progress of my Rollover IRA application
once I mail it to RolloverSystems?
Some financial institutions can accept digital signatures and do not require you to sign and return a paper copy of the forms. In these instances, your new account will begin processing almost immediately after you have completed the online form. Otherwise we will notify you by email once we receive your Rollover IRA
application. You can also view the status of your rollover when you log into
your account on the RolloverSystems website.
How long will I be able to access my information online?
RolloverSystems will keep your rollover information online for 90 days.
What happens if I don’t receive a match with any financial
institution?
We are constantly adding financial institutions to our Network, so
please continue to check back with us as often as you like.
What if my application doesn't print correctly?
Your printer may not have an updated printer driver to print PDF
files. Make sure you are using the most current printer driver for your
printer. You may have to download a new printer driver. To do this, visit the
website of your printer manufacturer. Remember: You will only need to print a copy of your completed application for your personal records.
What if I cannot view the completed application?
The most likely cause is not downloading the Acrobat Reader which is
used to view your rollover application. Acrobat Reader is free software and can
be downloaded from Adobe.
How secure is my information?
Very secure. RolloverSystems uses the most secure technology available
to make sure the information you send us remains confidential.
RolloverSystems utilizes the Secure Socket Layer (SSL), an Internet security technology, to transmit data across the Internet. We will not sell any of your information to any third party.
RolloverSystems will share your information with your selected financial
institution, but only once we receive your Rollover IRA application.
