Daland Corporation Adopts RolloverSystems Automated 401(k) Rollover Platform

Leading Pizza Hut and Panera Bread franchisee seeks the ease of automated rollovers for employees

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (January 11, 2006) -- RolloverSystems, which pioneered the independent 401(k) automated rollover platform, today announced it will provide rollover services – including automatic rollovers under EGTRRA – for employees of Daland Corporation, a large Pizza Hut franchisee in the U.S. Daland owns and operates 95 Pizza Hut restaurants in 12 states and 13 Panera Bread Bakery-Cafés in Florida.

Starting immediately, eligible employees of Daland Corporation will be able to choose an IRA provider and roll over their 401(k) accounts electronically using RolloverSystems' RolloverMarket™ platform. The RolloverSystems service is unique in the industry in that it provides a comprehensive, choice-based voluntary rollover program before employee 401(k) accounts are automatically transferred to a "safe harbor" IRA. Using the voluntary service, employees fill out one electronic form and receive up to five competitive IRA offers from top investment companies on the RolloverMarket Network. The process takes less than 15 minutes to complete online or by phone.

The selection of RolloverSystems by Daland—a leader in the restaurant business—marks an important step in the evolution of the retirement savings industry, as more employers realize how costly and cumbersome it is to keep terminated employees in the company's 401(k) plan. Today, leading employers and financial institutions are increasingly turning to technology that streamlines the rollover process for departing employees and reduces the cost of servicing these accounts, especially those with smaller balances.

"Our mission is to make IRA rollovers as easy and seamless as electronic banking," said Reginald Bowser, founder and CEO of RolloverSystems. "We've signed up more than 500 automatic rollover clients in the past few months, and having Daland standardize on the RolloverSystems platform demonstrates our simplified, automated rollover service is an idea whose time has come."

RolloverSystems now provides its automated rollover service to more than two million employees through relationships with employers and retirement plan service providers. The company handles rollover transactions for 401(k) and other qualified plans, including 403(b) and government 457 plans.
