RolloverSystems Adds to Sales Team, Enhancing Support For Select Retirement Plan Specialists, Consumer Retail Sales

Charlotte, NC (April 20, 2010) -- RolloverSystems, LLC, an independent provider of terminated participant services for retirement plan sponsors, has added two members to its sales team and hired a new head of business-to-consumer retail sales.

The moves will enhance the company’s support of leading third party administrators and plan advisors while bolstering its consumer sales strategy.

“We have established relationships with many of the country’s premier retirement plan specialists who have expressed a willingness to deepen their relationships with our firm. As a result, we are dedicating specialized resources to work more closely with these select institutions”, stated Russ Winchester, chief sales officer.

Recently hired to support these specialty firms are Rob Gibson and Tom Williams, located in Charlotte and Baltimore respectively. They will work closely with assigned organizations to facilitate the installation and ongoing support of RolloverSystem’s rollover and terminated plan services programs. Gibson and Williams have more than 20 years of combined experience working with third party administrators (TPAs) and advisors.

“In 2009, we worked with more than 75 of the industry’s top TPA/recordkeeper firms and one of the nation’s premier plan advisory firms,” said J. Spencer Williams, CEO. “Both our rollover and terminated plan services programs have continued to gain acceptance in the industry, with 2009 being a record sales year. We assisted more than 300 terminated plans last year, and will continue to expand this part of our business through bankruptcy attorneys and firms specializing in plan terminations. Our strategy is to provide the highest level of support to our existing TPAs and advisors who are already committed to providing their clients with an independent rollover solution, and selectively add new firms who provide a more holistic business model to their clients.”

In addition to expanding its sales team, RolloverSystems also has brought aboard Spencer Pringle, chief retail sales officer, to lead its business-to-consumer strategy. Pringle’s responsibilities include the development and oversight of the company’s Retirement Center, retail sales strategy, operations and product management. Pringle has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, holding key leadership roles at Fidelity Investments and T. Rowe Price. While at T. Rowe Price, Pringle led multiple call centers servicing corporate retirement plan participants. Most recently, while at Fidelity, Pringle led a team of 150 registered representatives responsible for trading, relationship management, and business growth of Fidelity’s high net worth retail clients.
